Agency Incident Commander >> Command Staff (Liaison Officer, Safety Officer, Public Information Officer, and Documentation Officer).
Four equal sections are beneath the Command Staff: Planning/Intelligence Section Chief, Operations Section Chief (Emergency Response Operations Unit Leader and Essential Public Health Services Unit Leader), Logistics Section Chief, and Finance/Administration Section Chief.
The Planning/Intelligence section is often associated with the color blue, for easy visual identification by sighted people.
The Operations section is often associated with the color red, for easy visual identification by sighted people.
The Logistics section is often associated with the color yellow, for easy visual identification by sighted people.
The Finance/Administration section is often associated with the color green, for easy visual identification by sighted people.
