Incident Commander: Health Officer or Designee (above these Sections) >> Safety Officer, Liaison Officer, and Public Information Officer >> Operations, Planning and Intelligence, Logistics, and Finance and Administration.
Operations has three Branches: Emergency PH Operations (Units include Community Health and Outreach, Epi/Surveillance, PH Laboratory, Vital Records, Environment Health, Mental Health, Veterinary Health, and Shelter Operations); Medical Operations (Units include EMS and Clinics / Hospitals); and Continuity of PH Operations (Units include Community Health and Outreach, Epi/Surveillance, PH Laboratory, Vital Records, Environment Health, Mental Health, and Veterinary Health).
Planning and Intelligence comprises these Units: Incident Action Planning, Demobilization Planning, and Documentation.
Logistics comprises these Units: Info Mgmt/Comm Support, PH Pharmacy, Materials Supply, and Facilities Management.
Finance and Administration comprises these Units: Procurement, Human Resources, Cost/Time Tracking, and Claims.
